What You’ll Do
As a Junior Product Designer, you’ll work closely with our design team on client projects. You’ll be mentored, coached, and given opportunities to grow your craft while contributing to real product work.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Assist in user research activities (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
• Create user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes
• Design high-fidelity UI screens based on defined design systems
• Participate in design critiques and client presentations
• Document design decisions and maintain design files
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation quality
• Learn and apply DesignCoz's design process and best practices
What We’re Looking For Must-Have
✓ Portfolio demonstrating your design process (academic or personal projects)
✓ Understanding of UX fundamentals (user research, information architecture, interaction design)
✓ Proficiency in Figma
✓ Ability to articulate design decisions clearly
✓ Curiosity and eagerness to learn
✓ Good communication skills (written and verbal)
✓ 0–1.5 years of experience (internships count)
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with design systems
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, ProtoPie, Framer)
• Understanding of accessibility principles
• Exposure to agile/sprint methodologies
